Having moved to the United States two years ago with limited English skills and adapting to a new culture, I initially worked in various construction roles, acquiring valuable skills along the way. My journey has been one of overcoming language barriers, sexism, and intolerance towards women in the industry. Through hard work and determination, I established my own company.
